Our services

We provide software products and custom software consulting. Some products are in beta and provided “as is” — features may change, and occasional issues are expected as we improve them.

Acceptable use

Use our products lawfully and as intended. Don't misuse them, attempt to break or overload them, infringe others' rights, or use them to send spam or harass anyone. You're responsible for the content you submit and for complying with the terms of any third-party platform (such as LinkedIn) you connect.

Your content

Intellectual property

Brynvor and its products, branding, and content are owned by Brynvor LLC and protected by applicable laws. These Terms don't grant you rights to our intellectual property except as needed to use the service.

Consulting engagements

Consulting work is governed by a separate written agreement (scope, fees, deliverables, and timelines) signed before work begins. These Terms apply to your use of this website and our products generally.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

Our products and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brynvor LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the products or services.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
